Shameem Doormat Factory - Md Shameem

 

Youth is the proper time to build up the career through hard work. Few boys have all the opportunities and privileges to shine in life. Shamim is a Nobin Udyokta of Grameen Shakti Samajik Byabosha Ltd. His mother Ms. Feroza Parveen is a member of Grameen Bank, Dokshinkhan, Branch since 2005. Shamim is the second son of his family . he has an another three brothers. Shamim parents sold their land and all properties for his elder brother’s heart disease treatment. Then he started a little doormat manufacturing factory. He is a good artisan for doormat making. But he had not enough money and in the mean time he heard about Grameen Shakti Samajik Byabosha Ltd. social business fund. He submitted his project plan and took 50,000 taka equity fund from GSSBL. After getting the fund he started his project with new inspiration. Before getting the fund he had two workers. He produced 100 pieces doormat then. Now he has 4 workers and produces 160 pieces per day. He earns more 500 taka per day. He is doing his business with joy. His future plan is to expand his business and will create new job for unemployed youth of his area.
